Evita Krislock
Serving as President of Province VIII Synod, advocating for Creation Care, skiing, dreaming and being inspired by ‘Mountain Mamas’, fills my Evita’s time while renewing her spirit. Evita volunteers in church, schools, and community provided opportunities of growth, development in strategic planning and radical hospitality. As Diocesan Camp and Youth Ministries director, leadership opportunities increased with her formation. Attending a Women of Vision Retreat, and participating in The Sacred Art of Listening workshops, Evita began questioning leadership models. What if we combined leadership ideas to develop a program that speaks to the people of today? Working together with a dedicated team, Leading with Heart was born.
